We are now growing our team in Norway, and we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) with experience in the debt collection industry to join our B2C Collection team based in Oslo.

Your Role

Do you have a genuine ear for customers and a knack for finding solutions? Do you thrive in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment? If so, you might be exactly who we are looking for. As part of our Norwegian customer service team, you will be a key point of contact for consumers (B2C) and third parties - helping resolve complex situations with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

What you can do with us:

  • Handle communication with consumers, clients, and third parties (e.g. legal representatives) via phone, e-mail, chat, and written correspondence - always solution-oriented and professional.
  • Manage legal enquiries, including requests from debt counseling agencies, criminal charge notifications, and from bailiffs related to court files.
  • Route enquiries - including those related to data protection and legal matters - to the right contacts efficiently and accurately.
  • Process case files in a commercially sound manner and keep CRM systems accurate and up to date.
  • Gather and relay client and consumer feedback to help improve our technology and services.
  • Actively contribute to the development of internal processes and team structures

What you should bring for it:

  • Experience in B2C customer service, with a background in receivables management or debt collection.
  • A hands-on, solution-focused approach and a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve and continuous improvement is the norm.
  • Business-fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English - both written and spoken.
  • Solid MS Office skills and an open, enthusiastic attitude towards new technologies, including AI.

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Norwegian consumer protection or debt collection regulations.
  • Experience working with CRM systems in a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of an additional European language, such as Swedish is a plus.
