Your data will be stored for a maximum of six months from the date of the decision on your application, unless an employment relationship is established or you have given us your consent to the further processing of your data.

5. What data protection rights do you have?

5.1 Your general data protection rights

You have the following rights:

Right to information (Art. 15 DSGVO)
Right to rectification (Art. 16 DSGVO)
Right to erasure (Art. 17 DSGVO)
Right to restriction of processing (Art.18 DSGVO)
Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO).

In the event that you have given your express consent to data processing, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the previous data processing (Art. 7 DSGVO).

In the event that you wish to revoke your consent, please send an email with your revocation to jobs@pairfinance.com.

5.2 Right of objection

For your information:

You may object to data processing based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) EU-GDPR in accordance with Art. 21 EU-GDPR, provided that there are grounds for doing so that arise from the particular situation of the data subject or the objection is directed against direct marketing. In the latter case, the data subject has a general right to object, which is also implemented without giving reasons.

5.3 Your right of appeal to a data protection supervisory authority

You have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. You can assert this right at a supervisory authority in the member state of your residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged violation.

6. Is there a legal or contractual obligation for you to provide data?

There is no obligation to provide us with your personal data.

However, we can only verify your application and your interest in working with PAIR Finance Poland Sp. z o.o if you provide us with all relevant information.

Otherwise, we will not be able to determine your suitability, which is the basis for employment with PAIR Finance Poland Sp. z o.o.

7. To what extent does automated decision-making, including profiling, take place in individual cases?

We do not use automated decision-making pursuant to Art. 22 (1) and (4) EU-GDPR, including profiling, in connection with your application data.
