We’re now looking for a Team Lead (f/m/d) Portfolio Investments & Risk Management who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, risk strategy, and investment decisions. What you can do with us:

  • Drive portfolio strategy: Lead acquisition, pricing, and management of receivables portfolios, ensuring an optimal balance between profitability and risk
  • Own performance: Develop forecasts and KPI reports to support data-driven decisions and management insights
  • Lead and empower: Guide a motivated team with clear goals and foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability
  • Collaborate & connect: Build strong partnerships across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Optimize & innovate: Improve processes through automation, data-driven insights, and smarter forecasting
  • Manage risks: Establish frameworks to assess, monitor, and minimize portfolio risks

What you should bring for it:

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, plus experience in credit or portfolio management, preferably in the Debt Collection industry
  • Deep understanding of NPL investments, pricing, and valuation models (DCF, scenario, and sensitivity analyses)
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in statistical and performance analysis (e.g. cohort/vintage analyses, backtesting)
  • Skills in Excel and SQL are required; knowledge of Python for modeling and automation is a plus
  • Experienced leader and communicator, able to motivate teams and align stakeholders
  • Fluent English skills (German skills are a plus)
